Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions

We believe in creating clear, fair agreements that protect everyone involved while maintaining the warm, respectful atmosphere that defines our work.

Communication and booking

We’ll confirm all booking details via text on the morning of your appointment, including location information and specific arrival instructions. Please arrive on time and follow any guidance we provide. Your booking time begins at the scheduled start regardless of arrival time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment entirely.

Professional conduct expectations

We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully throughout our interactions, from initial communication through to post-session contact. Disrespectful behaviour, boundary violations, unsafe conduct or attempts to pressure us for personal information will result in immediate booking termination without refund and potential blocking from future services with us.

Payment and deposit requirements

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot in our schedule. Standard deposits are $500 or 25% of total cost, whichever is greater. The remaining balance is due at the start of your session. We accept PayID, Beem and Prezzee gift cards for secure, discrete payment processing.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled within specific timeframes, with deposits applied to new bookings. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit all payments made. We may also need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, in which case your deposit remains available for future use.

Privacy and discretion commitment

Your privacy is absolutely paramount to us in all aspects of our service. We use secure communication channels, maintain strict confidentiality about all client interactions and never share personal information or reviews without express written consent. Our locations provide discrete access and parking, and we never post identifying content on social media.

Service boundaries and limitations

We maintain clear boundaries around safety, enthusiastic consent and personal comfort zones to ensure positive experiences for everyone. All activities require protection and we don’t engage in pain play, degradation or activities outside our stated offerings. We require ID from anyone we suspect could be under 25 and maintain professional relationship boundaries.

Health and safety standards

We maintain high health and safety standards for everyone’s comfort and protection. Please arrive freshly showered with clean teeth and fresh breath. We conduct discrete health screenings at the start of each booking and reserve the right to limit services or cancel appointments if any health concerns arise, with no refunds provided when safety is compromised.
