Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling

Life sometimes requires schedule changes and we’ve developed fair policies that balance flexibility with the need to protect our business and other clients’ access to our time.

Advance cancellation options

If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be applied toward a new booking. The rescheduled appointment must be confirmed within 7 days of your cancellation and scheduled for a date no more than 60 days after your original booking date.

Late cancellation consequences

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment result in forfeiture of your entire deposit. This policy exists because short-notice cancellations prevent us from offering that time to other clients, resulting in lost income that cannot be recovered.

No-show policy

Failing to arrive for your appointment without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of all payments made and potential blocking from future bookings. If you’re experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible rather than simply not appearing.

Our cancellation rights

We may need to cancel bookings due to illness, family emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. When we initiate cancellations for reasons unrelated to client conduct, your deposit can be applied toward a new booking within 30 days, scheduled for a date no more than 90 days after the original appointment.

Rescheduling limitations

Each deposit can only be used for one rescheduling opportunity. If you need to cancel a rescheduled appointment, your deposit is forfeited regardless of timing. This policy prevents indefinite postponements that affect our ability to serve other clients effectively.

Emergency considerations

We understand that genuine emergencies occur and will consider individual circumstances when they arise. However, personal convenience, work commitments or minor illness are not considered emergencies for cancellation policy purposes.

Weather and external factors

Severe weather, public transport disruptions or other external factors don’t automatically qualify for fee-free cancellations. We recommend planning buffer time for potential delays and considering these factors when booking appointments.
