Punctuality policy
Your booking time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of your arrival time. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment entirely. This policy exists because our schedule is carefully planned and late arrivals affect our ability to serve other clients.
