Policy

Professional conduct expectations

Respectful behaviour is fundamental to our work environment and the quality of experiences we can provide. These conduct expectations ensure everyone feels safe, valued and comfortable throughout all interactions.

Communication standards

All communication must be respectful and professional. This includes being polite in messages, no abusive language and refraining from making inappropriate requests. Harassment, threats or derogatory remarks will result in immediate blocking from our services.

Honesty and transparency

Please provide accurate information about yourself, including your name for booking purposes, honest health status and correct contact details. Misleading information compromises safety and trust and may result in booking cancellation without refund.

Privacy respect

Don’t ask us for personal information beyond what we choose to share professionally. This includes our real names, private contact details, home addresses or information about our personal lives outside of work. Respecting these boundaries is essential for maintaining professional relationships.

Arrival conduct

Upon arrival, please follow all instructions provided and conduct yourself appropriately. This means not bringing uninvited guests, maintaining discrete behaviour at our location and treating our space with respect. Any misconduct at the booking location results in immediate session termination without refund.

Session behaviour standards

During sessions, respectful behaviour includes following agreed-upon boundaries, using protection when required and stopping immediately if asked to pause or stop any activity we are not comfortable with. Aggressive, violent or threatening behaviour will result in immediate session termination and potential reporting to authorities.

Consent and boundaries

All activities must be consensual and within previously discussed boundaries. Pressuring for services we don’t offer, removing protection without permission or continuing activities after being asked to stop are serious boundary violations that result in immediate session termination and potential reporting to authorities.

Payment expectations

Payment should be handled promptly and professionally at the beginning of your session. Attempting to negotiate fees at the door, withholding payment or creating payment disputes in bad faith are considered serious misconduct.

Post-session conduct

After your session ends, continued respectful behaviour is expected. This means no harassment through excessive messages and no attempts to contact us outside agreed communication channels.
