Deposit requirements
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit before your appointment is confirmed. Standard deposits are $500 or 25% of the total booking cost, whichever is greater. For specialised kink services, deposits are 50% of the total cost. Fly-me-to-you arrangements require 50% deposits with balance due 48 hours before travel.
Deposit payment methods
We accept deposits through PayID and Beem. These methods provide security and discretion for both parties. Payment instructions will be provided during your booking consultation and deposits must be received before your appointment slot is confirmed in our schedule.
Balance payment
The remaining balance is due in full at the beginning of your session. Payment time counts toward your total booking duration, so please have payment ready to minimise setup time.
Non-refundable policy
All deposits are completely non-refundable under normal circumstances. This policy exists because holding time slots for clients means we cannot offer that availability to others. The only exceptions are cancellations made by us due to circumstances unrelated to client conduct.
Repeat cancellation consequences
If you’ve previously cancelled a booking with us, we may require payment in full (100% deposit) for any future bookings. This policy helps us manage the increased risk of booking with clients who have previously cancelled appointments.
Payment disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith are considered serious misconduct and will result in permanent blocking from our services and follow-up. If you have legitimate concerns about a payment, please contact us directly.
Pricing transparency
All pricing is clearly stated on our website and confirmed during booking consultation. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Outcall bookings may include additional travel costs if your location requires more than 45 minutes travel time each way, but you will be informed beforehand.
